Some people see it like a job like others, but else see something strange in this job. Whatever you think, working in K9 is a job with many advantages and disadvantages.
There are several arguments of working as a policeman in canine unit. To begin with I’ll present a few disadvantages. You have your dog which you must take care of.
Also by words “take care” I mean you must care about his training, so that work needs a lot of commitment but it’s well worth. That kind of training requies lots of patient. In addition, you never know how long will be your shift, so you must show your endurance. Also you must be very brave because you never know when you will must to make a stand forehead to forehead with danger.
You must become familiar with you dog because you must have confide to your dog and he must have it to you.
However, there are also a number of advantages to being a policeman In K9. Firstly, that job gives you many satisfaction to see how your dog makes progress in training, how you get confide with your dog and when you see that the streets you are patrolling are clear of criminals etc. Furthermore if someone can’t afford for keeping a dog it’s makes of his dreams. That job gives you feeling that you have money for life.
To conclude, I believe that working as a policeman in K9 can be difficult at times but I think it is well worth it.
